The immersion method

The Clever Dripper unlocks a new brew method, immersion. While it looks similar to the classic V60 it has a party trick up its sleeve. It allows you to hold the water with the coffee for as long as you want, then you can drop the brewed coffee into a mug of your choice. Immersion brewing gives you the deep flavours of immersion with the filtration of pour over. 

Why we love it

Immersion brewing is a great way to branch out from pour over. We find that the Clever Dripper gives more depth of flavour to our brews and we love the easy of use. You simply put your filter paper and coffee into the Clever Dripper, pour in hot water and wait. When you are ready to pour, you just put it on top of your favourite mug and watch it pour through.
