The Encore!

Hot off the heels of our sold out Finca Medina roasted coffee is our Migoti Hill coffee from Burundi. This amazing coffee is another great all-rounder with some amazing flavours.

Why we love it

With amazing flavour notes of cola, bittersweet chocolate and molasses we have found this to be a great morning brew. During our testing we think the best way to brew this coffee is with a Moka Pot, although it is equally as great in a V60, Aeropress and espresso. The beans are a medium roast. This is a good all-rounder and perfect to set you up for the day.

Grind Sizes

We are trying something a bit different. We will grind to order. Meaning you can be sure to get the exact grind you need. We can do the following:

Whole Bean - For those who want to dial in the grind on their own equipment
Coarse Grind - This grind is good for steeping, cold brew and cafetiere / french press
Medium Grind - Excellent for V60'sClever Drippers and the fantastic Aeropress
Fine Grind - Good for moka pots

We use a Eureka Drogheria MCD4 with 85mm Flat Blades which produces an excellent, uniform grind

Getting the coffee to you

We are offering free shipping on all coffee only orders over £20, otherwise it is £1. This might go up a bit if you add some of our hardware and accessories. We ship with Royal Mail as we have found them to be the best around.

About the producer

Migoti Coffee Company is community focused and is making a positive impact on coffee farmers in Burundi. They built a coffee washing station and partner with experts to ensure the highest quality coffee is produced. Coffee cherries are purchased directly from the farmers who harvest and deliver them to the station where they are prepared and processed for export.
